About Me

SP Investment Fund
For over twenty five years, SP Investment Fund LLC and its affiliates have been involved in developing, preserving and/or investing in affordable apartment communities that have received financial support from the government in return for affordability covenants. Over that time, SP Investment Fund, LLC, has invested in scores of limited partnerships owning thousands of housing units all across the United States.

In 2006, SP Investment Fund LLC and its affiliates began buying rights with respect to limited partner interests in partnerships which own real estate. This investment program has helped create liquidity for limited partners in old tax shelter partnerships which were created decades ago.

In 2014, SP Investment Fund LLC and its affiliates began investing in technology ventures and has since invested in a number of biotechnology, medical technologically, financial technology and robotics companies, including Razorpay, Lygos, Gecko Robotics, and Zenflow.
